TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE "STUDSEARCH"

1.1. These TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) are a legal document that unconditionally extends its effect to all Users without exception (as defined in clause 2.1.2. of the Terms) of the website studsearch.org (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

The Owner is not responsible for any consequences that occurred as a result of an interruption in the operation of the Website and/or deficiencies in the operation of the Website caused by technical interruptions in the operation of equipment and/or software. At the same time, the Owner undertakes to take all reasonable measures to prevent the occurrence of such interruptions.

The User agrees that they bear personal responsibility (and also that the Owner is not responsible to the User or any third parties) for any violation by the Users of their obligations established by these Terms, as well as for all possible consequences of such violations (including any damages or harm that the Owner may suffer).

7.5. The Owner does not participate in legal relations between Users regarding the conclusion of any agreements and is not responsible for the actions of Users.

7.6. The Owner is not responsible for the accuracy of information posted by Registrants on the Website and/or through the Website, as well as for the legality of its placement.

8.1. These Terms begin to take effect from the moment of their publication on the Website and apply to all Users.

8.2. The Owner has the right to unilaterally and at any time make changes to the Terms by posting a new version on the Website.

8.3. The User, in turn, undertakes to systematically familiarize themselves with the current version of the Terms posted on the Website, including information regarding changes to the Terms. Unless otherwise explicitly stated by the Owner, the new version of the Terms comes into force from the moment of their placement on the Website.
